- Other Components: Components not mentioned above are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty, typically 1 to 2 years, depending on the specific component.
Warranty Exclusions:
Our warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage due to regular wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or lack of proper maintenance.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, the buyer is responsible for shipping the bicycle or component to Tizona Bikes' main office. International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to select countries.
- Shipping is free for bike frames and complete bicycles.
- Shipping costs for other components will be calculated on our website.
- International shipments can originate from Australia, China, Taiwan, the United States, or Spain, depending on the product's origin and stock availability.
