Tizona Bikes Lifetime Warranty
Overview
Tizona Bikes is proud to stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our titanium products. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on our titanium frames and titanium components against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, for as long as you own the product. This warranty reflects our confidence in titanium as a material and in the way we build with it.
This Lifetime Warranty is provided by Tizona Bikes to the original purchaser and is subject to the terms outlined below.
What Is Covered
Our Lifetime Warranty covers:
- Titanium frames, forks, and titanium components manufactured by Tizona Bikes
- Structural failures resulting from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and riding conditions
If we determine that a covered product has failed due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our sole discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable model, or issue a credit toward a new frame or component.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including paint, decals, anodizing, or finish wear
- Damage caused by accidents, crashes, impacts, or improper use
- Damage resulting from improper assembly, installation, or maintenance not performed according to Tizona Bikes' specifications
- Damage caused by modifications, alterations, or the use of incompatible components or accessories
- Damage resulting from neglect, abuse, or failure to follow the care and maintenance guidelines provided with your product
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect the structural integrity or performance of the product
- Products used for commercial purposes, rental, or racing team use, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Components not manufactured by Tizona Bikes, even if sold or installed alongside a Tizona product (these may be covered separately by their original manufacturer's warranty)
- Damage resulting from shipping, unless the product was shipped by Tizona Bikes directly
Who Is Covered
This Lifetime Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product from Tizona Bikes or an authorized retailer, provided proof of purchase is available.
Transferable: This warranty is transferable to a subsequent owner. To transfer the warranty, the new owner must contact us with the original proof of purchase and the product's serial number.
Non-transferable: This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at tizona@tizonabikes.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number or proof of purchase
- The frame or component serial number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or video clearly showing the defect
Our team will review your claim and respond within [X] business days. We may request that the product be shipped to us for inspection. Shipping costs for warranty evaluation are the responsibility of the customer, unless we determine that the product is defective, in which case Tizona Bikes will cover return shipping costs for the repaired or replacement product.
Limitations
- This warranty covers the frame and titanium components only, and does not extend to labor costs for assembly, disassembly, or reinstallation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Tizona Bikes reserves the right to inspect any product before approving a warranty claim.
- Discontinued models or colors may be replaced with the closest equivalent available at the time of the claim.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary depending on your country or region of residence, which are not affected by this warranty.
